For Architecture, Design, and Commercial Clients
PHOTO
Day Rate = $1000 (10 hours on site, includes twilight images)
Half Day = $500 (4 hours on site, doesn't include twilight)
Post-production = $50/hr
(You can expect 2 hours of editing per hour on site.)
Day rate includes:

Gear to be used on site: Professional grade full frame DSLR, tripods, multiple lenses, strobes, light stands and other lighting accessories

Insurance policy of $1 million liability(more available at cost to the client)

Drone(some companies will charge $300+/hour)

One assistant - if needed

Pre-production and time on site
Pre-Production:
-
A preplanned shot list that is approved by the client. (This assumes that a floor plan and cad drawing was made available with a description of the most important highlights and features of the home.) Scouting is an option prior to the shoot with the client and is available for $100 for a 2 hour scouting session.
On-Site:

Time of day with the best light to complete the project with scheduled breaks.

Staging using what is available at the property to compliment the composition.

One round of photo proofing by client before image is finalized.

The use of people/animals is available with a photo release signed.
Post-production:

Please allow 3-5 days to receive you images.

One round of revisions after client proof.

Every image will be brought into photoshop and corrected.

Some corrections include color correction, exposure adjustment, exposure blending, blemish removal, sky replacement, fire added to fireplaces, grass replacement.

Final images will be delivered at 300dpi
MOTION
Day Rate = $800 (9 hours on site)
Half Day = $500 (4 hours on site)
